$190,000 – $210,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits + 401(k) Match + PTO
Build the Technology Backbone of a National Operation
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing property inspection firm serving 35+ states and supporting several of the top insurance carriers in the U.S. As the company scales, they are investing heavily in technology and looking for a hands-on, strategic CIO / CTO to lead that evolution.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role.
This is a build, optimize, and scale role.
You will own the technology vision, modernize infrastructure, elevate data capabilities, and drive innovation across a business that is expanding quickly and needs the right leader to take it to the next level.
What You’ll Own - Define and execute the company-wide technology strategy
- Build and maintain a scalable technology roadmap aligned with growth
- Lead platform evolution, including inspection tools, mobile field tech, and reporting systems
- Drive system integrations between internal platforms and insurance carrier systems
- Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and compliance (SOC 2 Type II focus)
- Identify and implement automation, AI, and data-driven solutions
- Manage technology vendors, partners, and budgets
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and development best practices
- Partner directly with executive leadership to align technology with business outcomes

What We’re Looking For - 15+ years in IT, with 7–10+ years in senior leadership (CIO, CTO, VP, etc.)
- Proven experience leading technology strategy in a growing organization
- Strong background in systems integration, infrastructure, and platform development
- Experience managing large-scale implementations and digital transformation
- Track record of managing vendors, partners, and significant technology budgets
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions
Strongly Preferred - Experience with SOC 2 Type II compliance and security frameworks
- Background in insurance, insurtech, or field service environments
- Familiarity with API integrations and data exchange ecosystems
- Exposure to AI, automation, and analytics-driven operations
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
Work Environment This is an onsite leadership role in Rockwall, TX, working closely with executive leadership, operations, and technical teams to drive real-time impact across the business.
