Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Location: Office Environment

Overview

TrendHR is partnering with a growing company to hire Customer Service Representatives to support their operations team. This role focuses on inbound customer calls, order entry, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and customer service skills
• Ability to speak English clearly and professionally
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or order entry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Reliable transportation required
• Must comply with company’s smoke-free workplace policy
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check
